1. Who we are
This website is operated by Baitboats (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing, ordering, or otherwise using this site you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to display accurate prices and product descriptions, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or refund and cancel the order at your choice.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are processed through Stripe Checkout. We do not store credit card details. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by confirming and shipping the order.

5. Returns and warranty
See our returns & warranty page for current return and warranty terms. These terms operate alongside, and do not reduce, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and product descriptions) is owned by Baitboats or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Baitboats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
