Bait boat return & warranty policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you simply changed your mind, we accept returns or exchanges on any item within a 30-day return period, provided the product is in brand new, sellable, unused condition and still in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.

A restocking fee may apply in some instances. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Goods broken in transit, incorrect or missing items

Any incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be reported to Baitboats within 24 hours of delivery. If an item you received is not what you ordered, leave it in its original packaging and contact us immediately by email at info@baitboats.com.au.

Any attempt to use an incorrect or damaged item is deemed acceptance of the item as a satisfactory substitute, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Baitboats retains title of any extra goods that have been dispatched in error.

Warranty

All products sold by Baitboats come with a minimum 6-month manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship.

  1. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
  2. All claims submitted to Baitboats will be forwarded to the relevant supplier of the goods for approval of the claim.
  3. Shipping costs incurred to and from Baitboats for a warranty claim are at the consumer’s expense, unless the claim is within 14 days of the original purchase date.

How to start a claim

Email info@baitboats.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where possible. We will respond within one business day and walk you through the next steps.

This policy does not limit the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights.
